If there is one single rusher, your job as a tank is not to let anyone else rush. Your zombie teammates will handle the rusher if they're good. It's enough if you manage to kill 3 and 1 guy rushed. More important though, keep the 3 players seperated from the one player.

Get a team of friends and do a map with melee only on expert mode! You'll be surprised at how hard and important it is to stick together and work as a team. Requirements: 4 players, melee only (no primary weapon) and you will be able to use med kits, defibs, deployables, throwables and pills/adrenlines. Recommanded maps for this challenge: Dead
Yes, Valve does provide multiple Left 4 Dead 2 servers in different regions, and I've never seen the official servers go offline ever since I got the game three years ago on Steam. And for an old game, there are still a lot of players online using those servers.
Bad teammates, they're everywhere. If they're particularly annoying, I suggest to stay as non emotional as possible. Be as good as you can be. If they're harassing you vocally, then mute their ass and be happy. I also suggest replying to everything they say with something of your own as calmly as possible. kVqOSf.
