So I found - what is to my knowledge - the best horse in the game. I didn't buy it, I just randomly found it while travelling on the campaign map. I don't think the location is important, but I was just south of Seonon/north of Marunath. Slightly less mobile than the Aserai Horse, but it has 35% more hp, and ridiculous charge damage.
